Terms Of Service

By purchasing one of our suits you agree to our TOS, regardless if you read it properly or not, so please read it carefully.

 

We do not begin work on your suit until we have received 100% of the total, we order the materials two weeks before you have reached the front of the que to ensure there is space in the studio.

We will alert you when you have reached the progress portion of the que.

 

We do not ship out fursuits until the items have been completely paid off, No exceptions. 

 

You may schedule payments with us of at least $250 per month. If you need to reschedule a payment please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you on this. If you fail to make payments in excess of 4 months with no contact, We will assume you no longer want the item and we will contact you about cancellation.

We are understanding about financial hardships, if you cannot make payments any longer we will convert your previous payments into store credits, due to time wasters we do not offer refunds.

 

Down payments and any other payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All fursuits are custom built and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

 

Buyer understands that Partials and Full Suits can be hard to wear! They can be bulky, claustrophobic, are always hot and have less visibility than normal eyesight. We ask that you take care of yourself when in suit. Take breaks, and drink plenty of water. Many people like to have handlers when navigating unfamiliar territory. 

 

We are not responsible for any damage to the suit or injury you may incur while in your suit, including but not limited to heat stroke, falls, panic due to claustrophobia.

 

Buyer must provide accurate two sided reference sheet to receive a quote. (three sided preferred)

 

Buyer must provide accurate Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) for full suits and requested measurements, Failure to submit these by the time you’ve paid 100% of the total may extend your due date.

Please note that if you make & send your Duct tape dummy too early it may shrink in storage, it is recommended that you wait until 2 weeks before your commission is worked on.

 

Buyer is responsible for proper care of their fursuit, which is to include: 

 

Picking up head properly, not by ears, nose, teeth or jaw. 

Brushing regularly. 

Spray suit components after use with isopropyl alcohol and water spray to prevent bacterial growth. 

Wash as needed – don’t let the stink build up. 

Avoid getting eyes wet. 

Plush teeth are our new standard, they are a much more durable option.

Avoid mud, wine, and anything else known to leave a stain. 

When sending any suit/parts back for repairs make sure they have been recently washed. We will not accept bad smells or extreme dirt in for repair. 

 

Please note that sometimes items may get damaged in transit or simply may not fit due to incorrect measurements and/or shrinkage of DTD, if this occurs you may send the item/s back for repairs or alterations, Buyer is liable for all costs of postage both ways and material cost.

(if item is damaged in transit you may ask to open up a case with auspost but this service is usually for loss of package and they may not cover it for minor damages.)
 

Please let us know if you have a specific event in mind ahead of time e.g. Furdu or any other conventions.

 

We do not hold responsibility if your suit is not Delivered or lost in mail, please contact us if this happens so we can open a dispute with Auspost to get you a refund of the value of the item.

We ALWAYS Post with Australia Post with extra cover, this is not negotiable, this is for safety reasons.

(Extra cover holds Auspost accountable if they loose the package and if this happens they will refund the value of the item/s.)

Buyer must be at least 18 years of age.

We will not accept commissions for persons under the age of 18, no exceptions.

 

On average your suit gets Completed in 2-8 months after you’ve paid 100% of the total. Please don’t ask us to make a suit in less than 3 months. We want to take the time to make sure we can provide you with a quality product. 

 

If for any reason we think we may fall behind on your order we will contact you immediately.
